September 14, 2011

The Advocacy Center’s Family Reimbursement Program for Community Inclusion for Individuals with Autism still has funds available for 2011. Some examples of items or services that might be funded are adaptive materials such as weighted vests or personal assistant hours to accompany the individual to events. Individuals must have autism, DDSO eligibility and live with their family to be eligible. The program covers the following counties: Livingston, Wyoming, Steuben, Chemung, Schuyler, Yates, Seneca, Ontario, and Wayne.
